This beautiful image of the silver-coated juvenile leaves of Eucalyptus nortonii has an old world painterly feel. The sombre brown tones reminds me of the Dutch Masters. Nevertheless, it still portrays a joyful mood, perhaps because of the delicate tracery of the leaf and twig outlines.
