Shipping is free within Australia and is via Australia Post with tracking. Prints will be rolled in cardboard tubes and will weigh under 500 gms. For international shipping, please contact us via the Contact form.

We accept payment via PayPal only. Once logged in, you can make your purchase via a bank transfer or your credit card.

SHIPPING AND PACKAGING

We ship within Australia. All shipments are sent via Australia Post and are insured. You will also receive tracking details to monitor the progress of your package.

Prints are rolled into large, sturdy, cardboard tubes. They are rolled loosely so they will flatten easily in a short time. Instructions for handling and hanging are included.

TIME

Our lab will prepare your print on demand and normally ships within 2 business days. At that time you will receive your tracking number from Australia Post with an estimated time of delivery, usually up 3-6 business days. However, please allow extra time for any Covid complications.

CERTIFICATES

Limited Edition prints will arrive with a Certificate of Authenticity, signed by the artist, Esther Beaton.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If your print arrives damaged, we will replace it, naturally. Please supply photo proof of the damage and contact us immediately upon its arrival. Please note: prints should be removed very carefully from the cardboard tube. Instructions for this will be attached to the outside of the tube. Otherwise we do not return or exchange. Please choose and measure carefully.

SIZES

The prints are produced on A2 sized paper which is 420 x 594 mm (16-1/2 x 23-3/8 in). There is a generous border of 5cm all around the image to reveal the fine art paper texture and to allow for a variety of framing styles. The image then, is centred on the paper and is approx 310 x 480 mm.

ABOUT THE PRINTS AND THE QUALITY

These artworks are prepared to the highest archival standards and quality. They are printed for us by a Canson Certified Master Printer lab in Australia.

Our choice for the paper is Canson’s Arches Aquarelle. It has been manufactured consistently for over 500 years and favoured by the best watercolorists from Picasso to Warhol. This heavy 310 gsm paper is still made in France to this day of 100% cotton rag in the traditional, mould-made process, giving it superb purity and permanence.

Some of our prints are available on canvas which is a genuine Giclée Professional Edition 400 gsm canvas with excellent water resistance and stretching qualities for gallery-wrap mounting.

The ink technology used in our prints is equally stable and long-lasting. Our printers use Epson Ultrachrome pigment, which has been independently tested to give the highest archival standard today.

This combination of paper + pigment results in a beautiful texture and deeply saturated colours. Used together, they have been independently tested to last over 100 years. The canvas we use has also been tested to last over 80 years.
